Who we are

This store is operated by Krzysztof Hoffmann IT, Klecińska 182, 54-412 Wrocław, Poland (VAT ID PL8961428134). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: orders@touchdisplays.store.

What we collect and why

• Order data — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone, order contents, VAT ID for business customers. We need this to perform the sales contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Invoicing and tax records — kept to meet our legal obligations under Polish accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed. Used to run and secure the store, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Shopify Inc. (store hosting and checkout), our payment provider, and the carrier handling your parcel — currently Poczta Polska for international shipments. Each processes your data only to provide that service. Accountants and tax authorities receive invoice data where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EEA

Shopify and some of our other providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Invoicing data: five years from the end of the tax year, as required by Polish law. Order correspondence: up to three years, covering the warranty and claims period. Account data: until you ask us to delete the account.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to orders@touchdisplays.store. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
