Terms of service

1. Who you are contracting with

This store is operated by Krzysztof Hoffmann IT, Klecińska 182, 54-412 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID PL8961428134 ("we", "us"). Contact: orders@touchdisplays.store. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

2. Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock or the price was displayed incorrectly — in which case any payment already made is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. VAT is applied according to your delivery country and status; EU business customers who provide a valid VAT ID may be invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. Payment is due before dispatch unless we have agreed other terms in writing. For larger orders we may require a deposit.

4. Delivery

We ship internationally. Estimated transit times are given on our delivery times page and are indicative, not guaranteed. Import duties and taxes outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period and return the goods in unused, resalable condition. We refund the purchase price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return; the cost of returning the goods is yours.

6. Conformity and complaints

Consumers have the statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract, for two years from delivery. Report a fault by email with your order number and a description; we will confirm how to proceed. Business customers should inspect goods on arrival and report visible defects or shortages within 7 days.

7. Business customers

Where you buy in the course of a business, the consumer provisions above do not apply. Our liability to business customers is limited to the value of the order concerned, and we are not liable for lost profit, production downtime or other indirect loss. Panels are sold as components; you are responsible for verifying that a given model fits your application before ordering in quantity.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury, or intentional fault. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the goods outside their specification.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform. For business customers, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered seat.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
